The Journalist Trauma Support Network (JTSN) program trains and supports experienced trauma therapists to provide culturally competent treatment to trauma-impacted journalists, and connects journalists in need with appropriate therapy referrals.
In order to participate you must be a therapist licensed to practice in the U.S., and already have a clinical practice with the appropriate liability insurance. If you treat a journalist who locates you through the JTSN program, you will be seeing the journalist within your practice, under your own liability insurance, in keeping with professional and ethical principles, and in keeping with all regulations, including insurance-related and documentation-related regulations, under which you practice.
